Rajeev Gowda – Initiator of certification program of training aspiring women politicians

To groom aspiring women politicians by helping them develop the requisite skills, the Indian Institute of Management-Bangalore (IIM-B), launched a certificate course in political leadership. The three-month ‘India-Women in Leadership’ program by the Centre for Public Policy (CPP) aims to equip aspiring women leaders with requisite skills, knowledge and expertise in various aspects of governance.

Rigorous training
The students will be posted in their consituency where they will work on constituency profiling, competition analysis and SWOT analysis. They will be trained on creating websites, delivering speeches and getting launched into politics.
